Delivery Information

All orders are personally packaged and shipped from our home studio within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated (or in the case of digital downloads, which is usually within minutes of purchase) . Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. *Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by holidays or unforeseen delays.* At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, administer refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and original receipt so it can be resolved. Approved replacements will be sent at no additional cost.
